Associate Principal Engineer - Salesforce Implementation Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced candidate with hands-on experience as a Product Owner / Business Analyst for a Salesforce Platform implementation.

In Short

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, goals, and challenges.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and meetings to capture detailed business requirements.
• Create user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
• Work closely with Salesforce developers and architects to design solutions.
• Identify opportunities for Salesforce automation and customizations.
• Act as a liaison between business teams and the technical Salesforce development team.
• Develop test plans and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
• Create user manuals and conduct training sessions.
• Prepare detailed documentation of Salesforce processes and configurations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 5-6 years on Salesforce projects.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Spanish & English.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Available to travel frequently to Mexico for weeklong periods.
