Associate Principal Engineer - Salesforce Implementation Product Owner - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced candidate with hands-on experience as a Product Owner / Business Analyst for a Salesforce Platform implementation.

In Short

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Conduct interviews and workshops to capture detailed business requirements.
• Create user stories and process flow diagrams.
• Work closely with Salesforce developers to design solutions.
• Identify opportunities for Salesforce automation and integrations.
• Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams.
• Develop test plans and facilitate user acceptance testing.
• Analyze existing business processes for improvements.
• Create user manuals and training materials.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 5-6 years working on Salesforce projects.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce products.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Fluent in Spanish & English.
• Available to travel frequently to Mexico.
• Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
