Overview

The Medical Director, Clinical Science will contribute to the design and development of clinical and translational research programs in partnership with pharmaceutical and biotechnology sponsors, ensuring effective execution of clinical trials.

Requirements

• MD or MD/PhD with subspecialty training in oncology.
• 5+ years of experience in clinical drug development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects under tight timelines.
• Experience in navigating matrixed organizations.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong writing skills for medical documentation.
• Generous, curious, and humble attitude.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% as required.
