Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) Degree from an accredited institution.
• License in good standing to practice Optometry in North Carolina.
• National Provider Identification (NPI) required.
• TPA License required.
• Prior clinical optometry experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to utilize necessary equipment.
