In Short

• Follow Safe Standard Procedures for all assigned tasks
• Must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Assist in the felting of the machine and startup
• Manage rejected rolls and assist with the roll splitter
• Inspect powered equipment each shift
• Train on operating fork truck and/or Bobcat
• Process scrap rolls using a guillotine
• Maintain cleanliness in the assigned area
• Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Willingness to work overtime including weekends

Requirements

• Excellent safety, attendance, quality, and performance history
• Labor-intensive work history preferred
• Ability to manually push, pull, and lift equipment and materials
• Teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment
