Senior AQA Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will lead the development of sophisticated test automation frameworks and establish best practices for testing across complex software systems. Your role will involve working closely with engineering, product, DevOps and Mobile teams to set up robust automated testing solutions and ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable software. You’ll play a key role in mentoring junior QA engineers, setting standards across all R&D teams, and guiding the QA team in automation best practices.

• Architect, design, and implement scalable automation frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years in QA automation and software testing.
• At least 2 years in a senior or lead automation role.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, NodeJS, and TypeScript.
• Experience with automation tools like Selenium and Appium.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab.
• Familiarity with mobile testing tools.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Upper-intermediate level of English.
