Media Works is a social media agency focused on creating high-performing, social-first content. We are looking for someone who integrates AI, video, effects, and platform logic rather than a traditional video editor.

In Short

• Editing and post-production of social media content (Reels, TikToks, Ads)
• Utilizing AI tools for video creation and optimization
• Developing hooks, effects, transitions, and motion styles
• Creating ad variants for Meta and TikTok
• Optimizing for retention, watch time, and platform dynamics
• Collaborating with social strategists and creative direction (remote and asynchronous)

Requirements

• Experience in social media video editing
• Proficient in Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Active use or strong interest in AI video tools
• Understanding of social media mechanics (hook, pace, repetition)
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and deadline-oriented
• No need for detailed briefings for every task
• Bonus: Motion design experience
• Bonus: Experience with performance ads
• Bonus: Experience in agency or creator setups
