Media Works is a social media agency focused on modern brands, performance content, and clear visual systems. We are looking for someone who thinks about design for social media: fast, clear, recognizable, and strategic.

In Short

• Development of visual identities for social media
• Design of social assets (Reels covers, story layouts, feed posts, templates, campaign visuals)
• Creation of advertising materials for Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Design of website elements and landing page basics
• Close collaboration with the social media and creative team (remote)
• Ensuring a consistent brand appearance across all channels

Requirements

• Experience in social media design or brand design
• Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator – Motion/AE nice-to-have)
• Ability to develop visual concepts, not just individual graphics
• Strong sense of aesthetics, trends, and modern brand management
• Think social-first, not print-first
• Independent, reliable, and structured
