Social Media Manager / Web Designer - Remote

Join Media Works, a social media agency focused on content, performance advertising, and brand development. We are looking for a new team member who is responsible, eager to drive campaigns, and willing to grow.

In Short

• Conceptualization, implementation & optimization of Paid Social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
• Operational influencer management & campaign execution
• Google Ads management including keyword research, setup & tracking
• Data-driven analysis & reporting
• Development of advertising strategies for our clients
• Active support & expansion of our own social media presence
• Optional: Creative support for acquisition and pitch preparations
• Collaborate, design, and take responsibility – here you can really make a difference

Requirements

• Experience in social media marketing & paid ads
• Proficient in Meta Business Manager, Google Ads & Analytics
• Motivated to take responsibility and manage campaigns holistically
• Good sense for brands, content, and conversion
• Ideally knowledge in graphic design & web (WordPress, one-pager, Canva, Adobe) or the willingness to learn
• Structured working style, team spirit, and creative energy
• Bonus: Experience in agency life
