CRM Executive for LATAM Market - Remote

Overview

Our well established iGaming Client is getting ready to enter the LATAM market; he intends to leverage its assets and experience to continue international expansion by hiring the best talents available in the industry.

In Short

• Planning and implementing CRM marketing campaigns across channels such as email, SMS, and push notifications
• Set up, test, and launch campaigns using CRM tools
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports
• Ensure campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and adhere to brand guidelines
• Create engaging and relevant content for emails, SMS, push notifications, and other marketing materials
• Work closely with internal teams to communicate planned campaigns and maintain transparency
• Continuously explore ways to enhance campaigns, improve customer experiences, and drive engagement and retention.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or customer engagement in the iGaming industry.
• You would need to use both Portuguese and Spanish languages in a professional manner and you have a fluent English (written and spoken)
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience using CRM tools
• Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaign performance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
