Instructor - Product Management - Remote

Overview

As an instructor, you will be responsible for the delivery of our technical content and supporting our apprentices in upskilling in these technical areas through workshops and drop in sessions.

In Short

• Facilitate delivery sessions of technical learning content.
• Adhere to the Coach Quality framework for consistent quality.
• Create an inclusive and motivating environment for apprentices.
• Moderate assignments and provide feedback for apprentices.
• Maintain an owner’s mentality in supporting learners.
• Liaise with coaches to ensure successful completion of the program.
• Coordinate with cohort coaches on apprentice development.
• Utilize resources to stay updated on knowledge and learning.
• Build credibility with apprentices through professional experience.
• Create a compelling narrative about Multiverse and its mission.

Requirements

• Significant hands-on experience in product management.
• Industry experience in the specified domain.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira and Trello.
• Exceptional written and on-camera communication skills.
• Strong practical teaching experience.
• Passionate about delivering learning opportunities.
• Experience in facilitating agile project management ceremonies.
• Flexible and resilient to changes in program content.
