Overview

As an AI Tutor, you’ll play a key role in guiding apprentices as they develop the skills essential for AI-powered decision-making in business.

In Short

• Deliver targeted support to apprentices through 1:1s and group sessions tailored to their specific learning objectives within AI and business applications.
• Plan and facilitate large-scale learning events (100+ attendees) that enrich the apprenticeship experience.
• Monitor and support the outcomes of contingent tutors, providing guidance and feedback.
• Champion the Multiverse Standard for tutoring excellence.
• Foster an inclusive, motivating environment that encourages apprentice engagement.
• Provide structured guidance and support for resubmissions.
• Stay updated on curriculum changes within the AIBV program.
• Accurately document and report metrics on the effectiveness of tutoring sessions.
• Use apprentice and tutor feedback to evaluate and improve session effectiveness.
• Monitor apprentice progress and analyse data on learning gaps.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience, with 1+ years in coaching or education; experience in AI, data analytics, or data science.
• Passion for delivering exceptional learning experiences.
• Collaboration skills to work with and mentor contingent tutors.
• Technical knowledge in AI and data-driven business insights.
• Strong written and on-camera communication abilities.
• Practical teaching, mentorship, or coaching experience focused on AI and business applications.
