In Short

• Act as the primary liaison for debt origination.
• Ensure secure and compliant debt origination processes.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Understand the European legal landscape.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Review legal documents related to debt origination.
• Provide expert legal advice to senior management.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance.
• Support process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Law degree (LL.M. or equivalent).
• Valid legal qualification in a European jurisdiction.
• 10+ years of experience in a legal role.
• Expertise in secured debt structuring.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to manage high-stakes transactions.
• Experience in banking or financial services.
• Familiarity with legal research tools.
• Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills.
