Sales Experience Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Sales Experience Specialist is responsible for delivering comprehensive training and ongoing support to new and existing loan officers and processors on all company loan origination and marketing systems.

In Short

• Develop and deliver structured training for new loan officers and processors.
• Create and maintain a 120-day new hire journey map.
• Prepare onboarding materials including training manuals and system guides.
• Serve as the primary resource for system-related questions.
• Troubleshoot user issues and provide workflow guidance.
• Continuously update training content to reflect system changes.
• Assist in developing training plans for marketing systems.
• Gather feedback from users to identify training gaps.
• Facilitate introductions to key team members.
• Shape the future of the company through collaboration.

Requirements

• Proven experience in mortgage operations or sales enablement.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage workflows and compliance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to design engaging training materials.
• Problem-solving mindset with customer service orientation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable acting as a support desk for business systems.
• Mountain or Central Time Zones preferred, but not required.
