• Organised Administration Assistant to support the IT team with various administrative tasks.
• Manage timesheets and reconcile time posted with invoices.
• Prepare organisational presentations and update HR records.
• Manage IT invoices from receipt to payment approval.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Conduct checks related to outsourcing and mandatory training.
• Maintain records of capitalized assets and contracts.
• Raise and manage tickets in Jira Service Management.
• Collaborate with accounts payable for invoice approvals.
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

• A good level of education to GCSE/A Level or equivalent.
• A Bachelor’s degree (not essential).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and responsive with a collaborative approach.
• Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to record information accurately.
• Ability to plan and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Handle sensitive data confidentially.
