Senior Portfolio Loan Officer - Remote

Overview

The Senior Portfolio Loan Officer is responsible for representing Capital Impact in its lending in underserved communities, focusing particularly on our long history of working with charter schools and community-based health care organizations.

In Short

• Manage the credit quality and earning capacity of loans.
• Analyze financial statements to identify credit strengths and risks.
• Prepare annual reviews for each assigned loan.
• Monitor loan risk ratings and make necessary adjustments.
• Prepare credit memos for loan modifications.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and financial intermediaries.
• Refer additional lending opportunities to the originations team.
• Work closely with lending staff to ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Experience in credit analysis and loan management.
• Strong analytical skills with financial statements.
• Ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of credit policies and guidelines.
• Experience in community development finance.
