Wholesale Remote Coach

Overview

The Parts Remote Coach will provide comprehensive field support for the sale of MBUSA wholesale mechanical parts to the aftermarket, focusing on driving sales growth through MBUSA dealerships and building relationships with stakeholders.

• Provide field support for wholesale mechanical parts sales.
• Assist MBUSA dealerships in driving sales growth.
• Build relationships with aftermarket installers and commercial accounts.
• Conduct GAP-Analysis and develop Action Plans.
• Prepare for retail visits and evaluate financials.
• Train dealers on MBUSA WPE services and processes.
• Develop targeted marketing and sales plans.
• Measure dealership performance against sales targets.
• Submit daily contact reports and review program status.
• Conduct periodic auditing for compliance with MBUSA standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of ten years’ experience in the automotive aftermarket.
• Experience in Mercedes Benz wholesale parts sales preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with PC and Dealer Management Systems.
• Self-starter with ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Ability to perform GAP analysis and develop action plans.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Familiarity with automotive operations and dealership management.
• Basic understanding of automobile repair and technology.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
