Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manufacturing Learning Specialist for our Biologics Innovation hub in Dunboyne, Co. Meath. The successful applicant will develop and deliver new MFG onboarding program, person will be accountable for optimising training program to meet site needs.

In Short

• Develop and deliver MFG onboarding program.
• Focus on training new hires effectively in their first 4 weeks.
• Collaborate with teams to support the BTA onboarding program.
• Deliver both classroom and competency-based training.
• Utilize new technologies to improve training content.
• Monitor learning KPIs and ensure targets are met.
• Work with Learning and Development Team for improved outcomes.
• Present progress and learning metrics to senior leaders.
• Must work in a fast-paced environment.
• Degree in Science or Engineering required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record in delivering training.
• Familiar with learning plans and training metrics.
• Knowledge of learning management systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
• Experience with KPI monitoring.
• Confidence in using new technologies.
• Adaptability to changing site priorities.
• Ability to read and report on progress against schedules.
