Overview

The Client Service Technician 1 will respond to service calls to evaluate, diagnose, and perform repair and planned maintenance on customers' basic biomedical equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction through service excellence.

In Short

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience servicing electrical or mechanical equipment.
  • Familiarity with web applications and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical tasks.
  • Willingness to work after hours or weekends as needed.
  • Compliance with background checks and health requirements.
