Overview

The Cyber Client Service Technician (C-CST) is a dedicated resource for all issues related to clinical device cybersecurity, acting as the primary liaison between GE HealthCare and the customer’s IT and security department.

In Short

  • Troubleshoot and maintain medical device cybersecurity.
  • Serve as the primary contact for device security issues.
  • Collaborate with various teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Implement site cyber security policies.

  • Provide training on clinical equipment security.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience servicing medical equipment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with troubleshooting mechanical and electronic equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is necessary.
  • Background check compliance required.
