Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven expertise in performance marketing within a B2B or SaaS context.
  • Experience with managing CPC, CPM, and CPA campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and web analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and insights.
  • Outcome-oriented mindset focused on impact over activity.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a low ego.
  • Business-fluent English; German is a plus.
  • Experience with WordPress and design tools is nice to have.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for marketing analysis is a plus.
