Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Experience in ER or Med-Surg nursing.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Empathy and a calm demeanor in crisis situations.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR).
