The VP, Community at Mozilla Foundation will shape how the organization supports and learns from its global communities, ensuring community-centered approaches are embedded into programs and decision-making.

In Short

• Co-create community strategy with internal and external stakeholders.
• Design equitable systems for community participation.
• Develop mechanisms to reflect community priorities in strategy.
