Overview

Moventi develops and implements test purchase projects (known as 'Mystery Shopping') to measure service and consulting performance in service and retail companies. Additionally, through Silent Monitoring, the communication behavior in customer conversations is analyzed by specially trained employees based on defined criteria. The information gained is used for employee training.

• Analyzing recorded customer service calls based on friendliness and service orientation.
• Documenting evaluations in specialized software.

• Participating in field control and planning field durations.

Requirements

• You are enrolled and have several semesters ahead of you.
• You can dedicate 12 to 20 hours per week to Moventi.
• Good language skills in German (native level).
• At least some experience with Excel and Word.
• You enjoy office work and talking on the phone.
• You can concentrate well and have the ability to truly listen.
