• A Graphic Designer creates visually compelling and brand-aligned content across digital and print platforms.
• Collaborates with teams to communicate ideas effectively and support business objectives.
• Combines creativity, technology, and problem-solving to turn ideas into impactful visuals.
• Conceptualizes and executes designs for digital and print media.
• Maintains and evolves brand systems.
• Provides creative support for marketing campaigns, product launches, and organizational initiatives.

Requirements

• Combination of creativity, technical proficiency, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Airtable, or Jira.
• 3+ years of Graphic Design experience in an agency/in-house setting.

Benefits

• Base pay range of $70,000-$80,000/year.
• Potential for additional on-target commission pay/bonus.
