Customer Support Specialist (Phone) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for passionate and customer-obsessed Customer Support Specialists to join our client's growing call center. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support via phone and ensuring their issues are resolved quickly and with empathy.

In Short

• Fully remote position for LATAM residents.
• Respond to high-volume inbound customer requests via phone.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and with empathy.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Document customer interactions and follow up for resolution.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (US time-zone).
• Full-Time: 40 hours per week.

Requirements

• English proficiency (C1-C2 level).
• 1-2 years of experience in customer support or similar role.
• College degree in communication, marketing, languages or similar (preferred).
• Stable internet connection and quiet office space.
• Customer-obsessed with a track record of excellent service.
• Impeccable attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
