Overview

The QA Engineer will play a crucial role in testing software features for Motive's platform, ensuring quality and performance across multiple devices and environments.

In Short

Create test plans and perform testing on various platforms.
Plan and execute verification of features for weekly releases.
Take ownership of all QA artifacts.
Identify execution gaps and implement process improvements.
Investigate customer-facing issues and assist in retrospectives.
Document defects and inconsistencies in applications.
Manage end-to-end testing responsibilities.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in Software Testing.
Experience with map-based real-time systems.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SCRUM.
Ability to handle manual testing tasks.
Experience in both manual and automation testing.
Understanding of Software Design Specifications.
Ability to create various test cases.
Basic knowledge of Rest API.
UI Automation knowledge is a plus.
Familiarity with issue tracking tools like JIRA.
Knowledge of OOP, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
Interest in programming languages and code reviews.
