Patient Enrollment Representative (Outbound Call Center) - Remote

Overview

The Patient Enrollment Representative is responsible for engaging with prospective patients through outbound calls to provide information about Mosaic Pharmacy Service and assist with the enrollment process.

In Short

• Make an average of 120 outbound calls per day.
• Communicate clearly using an approved script.
• Guide prospective members through the enrollment process.
• Maintain a positive and professional tone on calls.
• Meet departmental performance metrics consistently.
• Escalate patient complaints to the appropriate supervisor.
• Track and record patient interactions accurately.
• Respond to inbound calls from patients.
• Demonstrate understanding of Mosaic’s offerings.
• Observe patient confidentiality laws.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of contact center or customer service experience required.
• Experience with CRM systems preferred.
• Ability to learn management software quickly.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
