Senior Accountant - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a skilled Senior Accountant to join our dynamic and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with solid experience in accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), bookkeeping, and data entry, who is looking to take on increasing responsibilities over the next 2-3 months. This role is essential to maintaining our financial operations, helping to address accounting processes, monitor inventory, and ensure smooth billing cycles across multiple channels, including retail (Walmart, Target, Costco), e-commerce, and distributors.

In Short

• Manage the accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
• Identify and troubleshoot breaks in AR/AP flow, ensuring all transactions are processed smoothly.
• Oversee the aging of AR/AP, specifically with retail clients (e.g., Walmart, Target, Costco).
• Monitor pending billing orders and follow up as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records.
• Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reconciliations.
• Work with the team to analyze and resolve inventory-related problems.
• Track inventory sales and accounting through multiple sales channels.
• Coordinate with a third-party company for AP management.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth data entry and accurate reporting.
