Overview

We are seeking an Influencer Seeding Assistant & Outreach Coordinator to support the development and execution of our influencer gifting and cold outreach strategy.

In Short

  • Identify & vet 30-50 fresh micro-influencers each day.
  • Execute 50-70 personalized DM/email outreaches per day.
  • Coordinate gifting end-to-end including collecting sizes and addresses.
  • Maintain creator database using Airtable/Google Sheets.
  • Archive UGC promptly and manage asset organization.
  • Refine SOPs & messaging in collaboration with the internal team.
  • Safeguard brand voice in all creator communications.

Requirements

  • Understanding of health, fitness, and lifestyle brands.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with data management tools.
  • Ability to work part-time hours in EST timezone.
