Overview

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our team, responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines, databases, and data warehouses to ensure efficient and reliable data storage, processing, and accessibility.

In Short

Translate stakeholder business requirements into actionable requirements documentation.
Analyze our organization's data to provide insights to business stakeholders.
Identify necessary data transformations for usability.
Assemble large, complex data sets meeting business requirements.
Design complex queries for user-facing deliverables.
Develop user-facing reports, visualizations, and dashboards.

Requirements

Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases.
Experience with Snowflake or other data warehousing applications.
Proficiency in object-oriented scripting languages like Python, Java, C++, Scala.
Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI.
Understanding of the retail industry is a plus.
Strong root cause analysis skills.
Ability to learn new applications quickly.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Advanced level in English.
