Overview

As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the vision for innovative eCommerce platforms, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In Short

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for eCommerce solutions.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, aligning with business value, customer needs, and technical constraints.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver impactful features and capabilities that enhance user experience.
  • Ensure alignment between the product roadmap and strategic goals, adapting to feedback and market trends.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, fostering clear communication and collaboration.
  • Support day-to-day system processes, investigating and resolving issues while recommending improvements.
  • Develop detailed requirements for internal teams and vendors, ensuring alignment during feature development.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing, create test data, and validate modifications before deployment.
  • Document and maintain processes and procedures for future reference and team training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management within an eCommerce environment.
  • Proven expertise with headless eCommerce platforms such as Elastic Path Commerce Engine or similar technologies.
  • Proficiency in content management solutions like Amplience or comparable systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Agile/Scrum certification or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
