The Security Operations (SecOps) team at MoonPay is dedicated to ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data in an increasingly complex digital landscape. Our mission is to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities and threats while maintaining strict compliance with security policies and relevant regulations.

In Short

• Act as the primary incident responder for security incidents.
• Utilize the Google SecOps platform for detection rule management.
• Maintain and optimize security tools including CrowdStrike and Cloudflare.
• Conduct security awareness training for employees.
• Identify and mitigate vulnerabilities on endpoints and SaaS stacks.
• Assess security posture of third-party vendors.
• Engage in projects for new security platform implementations.
• Create and maintain documentation of security processes.
• Collaborate with various teams to promote security best practices.
• Contribute to the overall security landscape of MoonPay.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in security operations.
• Experience with incident management and SIEM tools.
• Familiarity with security frameworks like ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple incidents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bonus: CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certifications.
• Technical proficiency with various security tools.
