Overview

The Site Materials Manager at Moog is responsible for leading the planning and logistics organization at the East Aurora site, ensuring effective sales and operations planning, inventory governance, and continuous improvement in processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a Technical or Business discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in operations or manufacturing.
• 7+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven track record in lean manufacturing and process improvements.
• Strong critical thinking and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage timelines and budgets effectively.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• CPIM or APICS certification preferred.
