The Director of Residence Life at Montana Technological University will oversee all staff, operations, and strategic planning within the Housing and Residence Life department, fostering an environment that promotes student success and belonging.

• Oversee daily operations of a housing program with approximately 600 beds.
• Lead recruitment, training, and evaluation of staff.
• Supervise Residence Life Coordinator and Administrative Associate.
• Participate in strategic planning for the division.
• Advise the Residence Hall Association.
• Respond to student emergencies as part of the on-call schedule.
• Serve as a student conduct officer.
• Manage department budgets.
• Develop a residential curriculum for student learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Two years of professional experience in housing/residence life.
• Experience in mentoring and leading a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
