Media Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Media Operations team is focused on hands-on-keyboard activation of digital channels - inclusive of tagging, trafficking, buying, & more - and how & where to use the right digital platforms, and use them well, to achieve media and business goals. We ensure consistency, governance, and support around platform usage and activation activities, and aid in all ongoing building, buying, optimization, and reporting efforts.

• Support existing and new relationships with partners in an end-to-end fashion.
• Advise and lead clients and peers on industry trends and technology solutions.
• Utilize project management experience and technical media skills.
• Architect media strategy and lead campaign planning.

• Execute on media platforms across Programmatic, Social, and Search channels.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Maintain understanding of the ad industry landscape.
• Identify opportunities to grow business with clients.

Requirements

• Expert level proficiency in a minimum of two media platforms.
• Ability to outline, plan, and manage projects effectively.
• Strong data analysis skills and experience with tools like Excel.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage schedules.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 4 years or more in a relevant Media role or environment.
