Overview

As a Principal Software Engineer at the R&D division of Moniepoint, you will drive innovation by researching emerging technologies and trends, contributing to our North Star roadmap. You’ll design and develop cutting-edge solutions across software engineering, data science, and AI, leveraging your expertise in multiple programming languages like Java, Golang, Rust, and Python.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; a master’s degree or Ph.D. is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in a research and development role.
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages and software tools.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols in a research environment.
• Knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Knowledge of Operating Systems, Distributed Systems, and Computer Networking.
• Knowledge of Java, Golang, Rust, and Python.
