In Short

• Develop and oversee a service delivery framework for IAM and security solutions.
• Partner with Engineers to design and manage IAM and Security Engineering services.
• Establish governance, metrics, and SLAs for service performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IAM & Security Engineering strategies.
• Ensure continuous improvement in IAM and Security Engineering tools.
• Own the incident response process related to IAM and Security Engineering tools.
• Drive vendor management and strategic partnerships.
• Act as a thought leader in IAM and Security Engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in IT Security, IAM, or related domains.
• Strong expertise in IAM frameworks and Zero Trust architectures.
• Experience managing IAM solutions such as Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, etc.
• Strong grasp of technical concepts and project management skills.
• Proven track record of implementing ITIL-based service delivery frameworks.
• Strong understanding of security compliance frameworks.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
