We are a team of do-ers led by experienced entrepreneurs who are passionate about helping our members reach their financial goals. We are hyper focused on building a product people love and continuing to evolve based on user feedback.

As a fully remote company (even before COVID!), we welcome applicants from almost anywhere. Our team collaborates synchronously mostly from 9 AM – 2 PM PT and embraces asynchronous work to stay connected across time zones.

In Short

• Own and lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives that drive business performance, operational efficiency, and strategic growth.
• Design and implement scalable processes to improve how we plan, execute, and measure key business priorities.
• Partner with senior leaders across departments (Product, Finance, Marketing, etc.) to drive clarity and alignment on goals, KPIs, and execution plans.
• Develop business cases, operational models, and strategic frameworks to support executive decision-making.
• Step into operational gaps and roll up your sleeves when needed — from leading a new process rollout to owning special projects.
• Support the Chief of Staff on strategic planning, quarterly OKR processes, executive communications, and board materials.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in business operations, management consulting, strategy, or similar roles at a high-growth company or fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects from idea to execution with minimal oversight.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills — you're comfortable in Excel/Google Sheets, can build a model when needed, and can translate numbers into action.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (both verbal and written).
• Bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and a no-task-too-small mentality.
• A systems thinker who can also get in the weeds when needed.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience within a high growth startup environment within the B2C/SAAS space.
