Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in visual design and art direction.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire designers.
• Strong instincts for advertising creative.
• Familiarity with advertising best practices.
• High level organization and project management skills.
• Understanding of creative hypothesis design.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative and low-ego approach.
