Overview

The Monad Foundation is a team of dedicated ecosystem and community builders who are on a mission to massively grow the impact of decentralized tech. We believe that the Monad blockchain--the performant and parallel EVM Layer 1--will help decentralized apps eat the world.

In Short

• Design and deliver a wide range of creative assets for marketing, events, merchandise, presentations, and web products.
• Create templates and best practices for scaling the Design function.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Design, Ecosystem, Content, and Media teams.
• Build understanding of project requirements to create deliverables that satisfy needs.
• Create unique branding for independent programming within the Monad ecosystem.
• Interface with external teams to provide branding and design guidance.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in brand and graphic design.
• Strong visual portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
• Experience with key design tools like Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in brand and graphic design.
• Skilled in graphic design for marketing and web collateral.
• Strong visual portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
• Remarkable time management, efficiency, and organization skills.
• Autonomous and self-motivated with the ability to assess needs quickly.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts to changing priorities.
• Experience with design tools: Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe AfterEffects, Jitter, Rive, Lottie.
• Nice to have: web development or technical experience, Web3 experience, start-up or consulting experience, motion design experience.
