Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Momence, you will be the first outreach to prospective customers, educating them on how Momence can help grow their business and free up valuable time.

In Short

  • Introduce prospective customers to Momence via cold calls.
  • Drive lead generation for the sales team.
  • Identify influencers and decision makers in an organization.
  • Manage sales activities in our CRM (Hubspot).
  • Spend about 12 months learning and contributing before progressing.
  • Focus on activity, building proficiency towards a daily goal of 80-100 dials.
  • Attend weekly call reviews with your manager.
  • Target ramping goals for scheduling qualified demos.
  • Work in a collaborative, supportive SDR team environment.
  • 100% remote position.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales experience.
  • High volume phone work capacity.
  • Disciplined work ethic and eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent phone presence.
  • Empathetic, service-oriented sales approach.
