Manager, Government Contracts (Marketplace) - Remote

Overview

The Manager, Government Contracts is responsible for the strategic development and administration of contracts with State and/or Federal governments for various healthcare programs aimed at providing services to low-income and uninsured populations.

• Oversee and manage government contracts related to healthcare services.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for contract interpretations and inquiries.
• Monitor daily activities of Government Contracts.
• Develop responses to state agencies for various product lines.
• Maintain regulatory work plans and guidance documents.
• Educate internal staff on regulatory changes.
• Develop consistent processes within the Government Contracts department.
• Requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in managed care or state governed plans.
• Experience in commercial, marketplace, or regulatory environments preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
