Overview

This position manages a team of Configuration Analysts, ensuring the accurate implementation and maintenance of critical information on claims databases while adhering to business and regulatory requirements.

In Short

  • Manage and lead a team of Configuration Analysts.
  • Ensure accuracy in claims database management.
  • Validate data and compliance with business requirements.
  • Develop standard operating procedures for the team.
  • Provide status reports and project updates.
  • Conduct performance reviews and training.
  • Understand complex payment methodologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience required.
  • Health care benefits knowledge is essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in configuration management.
  • Advanced knowledge of health care benefits.
  • Strong business writing skills.
  • Ability to work with tracking software.
  • Preferred: Graduate Degree.
  • Preferred: 7-9 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of QNXT is strongly preferred.
  • Coding certification preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills preferred.
