Overview

The Correspondence Processor at Molina Healthcare Services is responsible for providing clerical and data entry support to the Utilization Management team, ensuring timely responses to authorization requests and correspondence.

In Short

  • Work remotely while adhering to PST hours.
  • Provide clerical and data entry support for healthcare services.
  • Manage workflow for authorization requests and correspondence.
  • Track and store authorization requests related to care access.
  • Enter member demographic data into appropriate systems.
  • Process and monitor denial letters through a database.
  • Collaborate with team members for timely replies.
  • Minimum of 1 year in an administrative support role required.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative support role in healthcare.
  • Preferred: Associate degree.
  • Preferred: 3+ years’ experience in healthcare administrative support.
  • Medical Assistant experience is a plus.
