Overview

The Customer Experience Representative provides exceptional customer support and service to Molina members and providers while addressing their needs effectively and efficiently.

In Short

  • Provides service support via multiple communication channels.
  • Conducts surveys related to health assessments and satisfaction.
  • Documents details related to inquiries accurately.
  • Works scheduled shifts and may require overtime or weekend work.
  • Builds rapport and responds empathetically to customers.
  • Meets individual performance goals in call quality and attendance.
  • Engages with internal and external departments proactively.
  • Takes ownership of resolutions in real-time or through follow-up.
  • Assists providers with inquiries about member eligibility and benefits.
  • Communicates effectively in a professional setting.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and various CRM systems.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, or Vietnamese.
