In Short

• Develop features for our distributed system providing reliable and efficient experience to clients.
• Facilitate workstreams by communicating with Product Owners and Technical Leads.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with programming in Scala.
• Experience with Akka/Pekko frameworks and understanding of distributed systems.
• Experience in leading and growing a high-performing development team.
• Ability to quickly understand complex domains and align on solutions.
• Enjoy solving challenges in distributed systems.
• Experience or interest in Kubernetes and AWS.
• Follow DevOps best practices with automated testing and continuous deployment.
• Strong sense of ownership and eagerness to contribute from the start.
• Fluent communication in English.
