Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; Coding Certification preferred.
• Deep experience in specialty practice workflows.
• Minimum of four years in practice management workflow setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office/Google Business Tools.
• Self-starter with strong leadership skills.
• Experience in conflict resolution and consultation.
• Knowledge of quality and physician practice business drivers.
