In Short

Contribute to the management of daily firm-wide trading, rebalancing, and reconciliation processes.
Ensure proper execution of client and advisor requests.
Support the maintenance of a centralized portfolio management platform across multiple offices.
Assist in the administration and management of the portfolio rebalancing software.
Perform other job-related duties or special projects as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with a preference for finance, statistics, math, or computer science.
Experience in Tamarac rebalancing and portfolio management platforms is preferred.
Pursuit, or completion, of financial analyst or financial planning coursework, such as CFA, CFP, CAIA, is a plus.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a demand for a high degree of accuracy.
Highly proficient in computer software, including Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
Knowledge of investment-related taxation and portfolio construction topics desired.
Team player, able to work well with all levels of the firm, as well as with clients.
This position interacts with the entire advisory team, along with our operations and compliance departments, and requires excellent interpersonal skills.
Occasional travel may be required.
