We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Tech QAA Tester to join our marketing agency. As a Tech QA Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our digital marketing campaigns, websites, applications, content author and other tech-driven initiatives.

In Short

• Gives support to any QAA member if needed.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and designers to create detailed test plans.
• Perform comprehensive testing across various digital platforms.
• Document and report identified issues using bug tracking systems.
• Collaborate with teams to analyze and diagnose issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date test documentation.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and suggest improvements.
• Assess user experience of digital assets and provide feedback.
• Create and update project documentation for training purposes.
• Provide status updates of open tasks to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in Quality Assurance and testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with bug tracking systems like Jira.
• Knowledge of CMS authoring tools.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment.
